Felt making is almost a magical process. Crafting these little Valenki boots is such an enjoyable process. 

Valenki keep your feet warm and snug in winter, but cool in summer. Each pair are completely unique due to the nature of the wool and the felting process. 

I use 100% New Zealand wool. Wool is hypoallergenic - therefore less likely to cause allergic reactions. It is natural, renewable, sustainable and 100% biodegradeable. 

Valenki are comfortable, snug, lightweight and very quiet. Not commonly available in New Zealand, but very common in Russia and many parts of Europe.
